Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are not absolutely delighted with your Bag-a-Vie, just let us know. Returns of original, unused merchandise accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Making a return is simple. Just follow the instructions below:

1. Pack items with original packing slip and return to:
   • Bag-a-Vie, 179 Route 46 West, Rockaway, NJ 07866-4046
   • Be sure to ship with TRACKING and insurance to protect against loss.
2. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
3. Return labels are available for your convenience (shipping fee will be deducted from refund), just ask. Exchanges will be shipped at no extra cost. For your protection, please ship with tracking and insurance.

Please allow ten (10) business days after receipt of your returned item(s) to process the refund/exchange.

Free Shipping
All purchases include free standard USPS or UPS shipping (depending on order size) in the continental United States.  Please allow 1-4 days depending on your location.

Expedited and International Shipping
Please contact us for expedited shipping. We will provide you with a custom quote. All international packages ship USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY at our discretion, whichever is most economical (all shipping overages will be refunded). If you need faster service, such as USPS EXPRESS, please contact us for pricing.

International Buyers
Additional duties may be charged by customs and are your responsibility.  Please contact your local post office to obtain information on possible customs duties charges.
